Mogensen distribution and conveying equipment distribute and transport bulk materials within the plant process chain. Screening and sorting results are significantly optimized by reliable material feeding, and by uniform distribution and exact dosing. The feeding of up to three Mogensen MSizers utilizes the entire width of the downstream screening machines or Densimetric tables. The distributors and feeders are applicable in the mining, chemical, food, animal feed and recycling industries.

Functionality
Gravity and vibration generated by unbalanced motors distribute the incoming central material flow in the distribution chute evenly or asymmetrically to up to 3 product outlets over a greater distance. This makes optimum use of the screening or separating capacity.
By gravity and vibration generated by two unbalance motors or two vibration motors, the material is transported within the feeder before it is fed to the Mogensen MSizers or other screening machines. The rectangular cross-section of the conveyor trough improves the distribution of the incoming material, thus simplifying the use of a wear guard.
