Info: Security Incident at ALLGAIER Process Technology

As part of our continuous efforts to ensure the greatest possible transparency, we would like to inform you that a security-relevant incident in the area of data protection occurred at ALLGAIER Process Technology in the period from 07.04 - 08.04.2025.
 
According to the current state of knowledge, unauthorized access to an employee's e-mail inbox has taken place. Personal data is affected in this context. As soon as we became aware of the incident, we initiated extensive measures to investigate and secure the situation so that the causes of the incident could be successfully eliminated on 8 April 2025. Together with our data protection officer and external IT security experts, specific steps were implemented to deal with the incident and further minimize future risks.
 
The responsible data protection supervisory authority has been informed and we are in close contact with them.
ALLGAIER Process Technology takes the protection of personal data very seriously and will continue to consistently strengthen its internal security structures.
